The Great Mansfield Cleanup
Annually, twice a year, hundreds of local volunteers gather to give our town of Mansfield a thorough spring and fall cleaning. The Keep Mansfield Beautiful Committee organizes the cleanup on a weekend day guiding volunteers as they fan out across Mansfield to pick up the trash that litters our roadsides, parks, school grounds, and other public areas.

NEXT Community Cleanup - Spring - April 27, 2024
Join hundreds of other volunteers, including groups from the boy scouts, girl scouts, local churches, community groups, and businesses, as we clean up the litter from roadsides, parks, and school grounds.
The Spring Clean up is a morning of clean up followed by pizza and games on Fulton Pond. It is important to take time to thank volunteers and sponsors as well join the great community of Mansfield in fun and games. If you pre-registered, your precinct leader will be in touch a few weeks leading up to April 27th.
If you missed registration meet us at 8:30am on April 27th at Fulton Pond and we will assign you a street.

When is the Great Mansfield Cleanup?
Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (rain or shine). A volunteer appreciation pizza party will be held from
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Fulton Pond.
What happens on the morning of April 27?
Simply report to your assigned cleanup route. If you did not pre-register, report to Fulton Pond at 8am
and we will assign you a cleanup route. Tee shirts will be provided to those who don’t already have a shirt
from a previous cleanup (while supplies last). Please wear your tee shirt for safety reasons.
What should I bring?
Please wear your Great Mansfield Cleanup tee shirt, as well as sturdy shoes. Gloves are recommended and will be
provided if you do not have your own. We recommend wearing long pants and long sleeves to protect against poison
ivy and ticks. A limited supply of trash grabber tools will also be available for loan.
